I showed her everything. She asked about what I posted on specific days, looked at who I talked to, asked how it worked - posting, reblogging, uploading, finding music and people. The whole shebang. I showed her things I posted - videos I liked, goals I plan to accomplish, ideas and dreams i’ve had, just. Everything.
It was actually kinda nice. I’m pretty open with my family, but this was it. I feel like I don’t have anything to hide from them. From anyone really… And i’m sure if anyone actually looks at this post, they would think i’m stupid. That I should have some secrets..
but that’s so sad.. It’s so great to live and be yourself and know you have nothing to hide from anyone.
You can be you. Whatever that is.
And that’s what i’m going to be. I just want to do everything. I want to see the world, learn about different cultures, try new things.
So, i’m done with tumblr. It’s been a good few years. Pretty much my high school career.
But i’m about to graduate. Get a car. Go to college. Go surfing. Sing at open mike nights at the coffee shop. Take a road trip. Just do… stuff haha(:
I’m pretty much hoping to completely eliminate time spent on the internet. Something I’ve wanted to do for a while, and yet I come back because it’s such a convenient way to communicate. I’ll keep my email and make a new facebook (with people I am actually close to), text and keep up with birthdays. (It’s sad. I know. I need to work on my encoding.)
I’m excited. Life can be amazing if you want it to be.
